This thesis explores the educational relevance of the dialectic between the "evident" and the "non-evident" in human formation. In a social context increasingly dominated by frenzy, which strongly affects specific environments such as work and school, aspects that fail to account for the integrity of the individuals inhabiting those spaces are often relied upon. A subject's integrity is composed of various dimensions—not only the evident ones, which in the educational context are often measured through grades and tests, but also the non-evident ones. This latter category includes a person's life history and, consequently, their way of acting in the world as shaped by their lived experience. In education, it then becomes essential to question the ultimate purpose—often taken for granted—behind demanding efficiency from someone. This thesis argues such dynamics by providing a compass for an authentic consideration of each individual's non-evident dimension, aiming to move away from the reductionism that alienates subjects and de-educates them when only what is visible is taken into account.en_UK
