Quali sono le principali priorità infrastrutturali regionali e quali benefici possono portare alle attività

Abstract

In questa tesi ho analizzato le principali priorità infrastrutturali della Liguria, con particolare attenzione alle criticità territoriali, politiche ed economiche che ne condizionano la realizzazione e agli effetti che hanno sulle imprese regionali. Lo studio prende in esame le principali opere stradali, ferroviarie e portuali, il primo passo è stato l’analisi degli interventi principali inseriti nel Libro Bianco delle infrastrutture che ne evidenzia costi, stato di avanzamento, previsione di completamento delle opere e criticità. Partendo dai dati raccolti nella fase preliminare sono state studiate nello specifico le diverse tipologie di criticità, suddivise in tecniche, economiche e politiche, spiegando perché hanno portato a rallentamenti nella realizzazione delle infrastrutture. L’ultima parte della ricerca si è poi concentrata in primo luogo sull’effetto negativo che hanno le carenze infrastrutturali sulle imprese liguri e, infine, per cercare di rispondere al quesito posto dal titolo della tesi, ho analizzato i benefici che ne trarranno le imprese una volta che saranno conclusi i diversi lavori.

In this thesis, I analyzed the main infrastructural priorities of Liguria, with particular attention to the territorial, political, and economic challenges that affect their implementation and to the effects they have on regional businesses. The study examines the main road, railway, and port projects. The first step was the analysis of the main interventions included in the White Paper on Infrastructure, which highlights their costs, state of progress, expected completion dates, and critical issues. Starting from the data collected in the preliminary phase, the different types of critical issues were examined in detail, divided into technical, economic, and political categories, explaining why they have led to delays in the realization of the infrastructure. The final part of the research then focused first on the negative effects that infrastructure deficiencies have on Ligurian businesses and, finally, to answer the question posed in the thesis title, I analyzed the benefits that companies will gain once the various projects are completed.
