Abstract

Il presente lavoro si propone di analizzare l’evoluzione e le recenti innovazioni in materia di utilizzazione delle conoscenze esperte all’interno del processo civile italiano. L’indagine muove dalla necessità di approfondire come il sistema processuale si sia adattato alla sempre crescente complessità tecnica e scientifica dei fatti portati al vaglio del giudice.

The present work aims to analyze the evolution and recent innovations regarding the use of specialized knowledge within the Italian civil Trial. The investigation stems from the need to examine how the procedural system has adapted to the ever-increasing technical and scientific complexity of the facts brought before the judge.
