La reciprovità nella relazione educativa.

Abstract

L’elaborato tratta, nella prima parte, la reciprocità educativa insegnante - studente, evidenziando come l'empatia, la relazione e la fiducia non siano solo accessorie, ma fondamenti costitutivi per tutti gli insegnanti. Viene sottolineato l'importanza delle strategie didattiche e della Cura, intesa proprio come presa in carico della persona. Nelle pagine successive si va ad analizzare la relazione con i “ragazzi difficili”, termine con il quale il pedagogista Bertolini cerca di supera le categorie solitamente utilizzate di ragazzi a rischio, disadattati e delinquenti. La tesi procede attraverso un excursus della filosofia della devianza, dalla Bildung e dalla deformazione dell'essere umano nel pensiero di Mario Gennari fino ad una pedagogia fenomenologica ed esperienziale propria di Piero Bertolini. Si analizza il metodo educativo, il contesto sociale, il ruolo del gruppo e i vari momenti del processo rieducativo. Si pone l’attenzione all’importanza di due categorie fondamentali: il bello e il difficile; e su come l'educatore e/o l'insegnante debbano attuare questo percorso con quella che Bertolini definisce l'entropatia. Inoltre, la ricerca mostra come il ragazzo sia lui l'artefice del suo cambiamento, mettendo in luce la un altro aspetto fondamentale, l'intenzionalità. Infine, si è deciso di prendere in esame il questionario come strumento di indagine nell’ambito scolastico, e di riflettere su quali competenze didattiche e relazionali siano necessarie e fondamentali agli insegnati al fine di creare una relazione autentica.

The paper addresses, in the first part, the reciprocity in the teacher-student educational relationship, emphasizing how empathy, relationship, and trust are not merely accessories but fundamental constituents for all teachers. It underscores the importance of teaching strategies and Care, understood precisely as taking responsibility for the person as a whole. The subsequent pages analyze the relationship with "difficult youth" (ragazzi difficili), a term with which the pedagogist Bertolini attempts to supersede the categories usually employed, such as at-risk, maladjusted, and delinquent youth. The thesis proceeds through an overview of the philosophy of deviance, from Bildung and the deformity of the human being in the thought of Mario Gennari up to a phenomenological and experiential pedagogy characteristic of Piero Bertolini. It analyzes the educational method, the social context, the role of the group, and the various moments of the re-educational process. Attention is focused on the importance of two fundamental categories: the beautiful and the difficult; and on how the educator and/or teacher must implement this process with what Bertolini defines as entropatia (entropathy/entering into the other's experience). Furthermore, the research shows how the youth is the architect of their own change, highlighting another fundamental aspect: intentionality. Finally, the study examines the questionnaire as a research tool in the school environment, and reflects on which teaching and relational skills are necessary and fundamental for teachers in order to create an authentic relationship
