Il Business Plan: dalle Linee Guida al caso Ecopack S.r.l.

Abstract

Il presente elaborato si propone di analizzare il Business Plan, evidenziandone finalità, struttura e modalità di redazione. Esso presenta dieci Linee Guida alla Redazione del Business Plan, al fine di evidenziare le somiglianze e le differenze delle diverse strutture e di osservare la modalità con cui vengono applicate in due specifici settori economici: quello alimentare e quello nell’ambito dell’utilizzo delle energie rinnovabili. Dallo studio condotto emerge che le Linee Guida presentano una struttura sostanzialmente simile. Alcune si distinguono per il numero e per la denominazione delle sezioni, ma il contenuto rimane complessivamente uniforme, sia nella parte descrittiva sia in quella quantitativa. Il confronto tra l’applicazione delle Linee Guida nei settori esaminati mostra come il Business Plan nell’ambito dell’utilizzo delle energie rinnovabili tenda ad avere una struttura più sintetica rispetto a quello nel settore alimentare. Infine, l’elaborato riporta il Business Plan relativo a una società ipotetica, realizzato secondo uno dei modelli analizzati, ossia le Linee Guida del Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti. Tale documento è stato sviluppato con l’obiettivo di evidenziarne l’efficacia e la coerenza rispetto al modello teorico di riferimento

This paper aims to analyse the business plan, highlighting its purpose, structure, and drafting methods. It presents ten Business Plan Drafting Guidelines in order to emphasize the similarities and differences of the various structures and to observe the way they are applied in two specific economic sectors: food and in the context of the use of renewable energy. The study conducted shows that the guidelines have a substantially similar structure. Some differ in the number and naming of sections, but the content remains overall uniform, both in the descriptive and quantitative parts. Comparison of the application of the guidelines in the sectors examined shows that the Business Plan in the context of the use of renewable energy sector tends to have a more concise structure than that in the food sector. Finally, the paper reports on the Business Plan related to a fictitious company, made according to one of the models analysed, namely the Guidelines of the National Council of Accountants. This document was developed with the aim of highlighting effectiveness and consistency with respect to the theoretical reference model.
