dc.description.abstractL’educazione all’imprenditorialità si sta progressivamente affermando come processo formativo trasformativo, capace di incidere sulle traiettorie identitarie e professionali degli individui. Questa tesi esplora l’efficacia percepita del Master GES, un programma internazionale che integra formazione accademica, mentorship di alto livello e immersione in ecosistemi startup. Attraverso un’analisi qualitativa e quantitativa basata su un questionario somministrato a tutti gli alumni, il lavoro indaga l’impatto del percorso in termini di competenze acquisite, mindset imprenditoriale sviluppato e scelte professionali attivate. I risultati evidenziano un’elevata coerenza tra obiettivi formativi e vissuti dei partecipanti, rafforzando la rilevanza di approcci educativi esperienziali e contestuali nell’ambito dell’imprenditorialità.it_IT
dc.description.abstractEntrepreneurship education is increasingly emerging as a transformative learning process, capable of shaping individuals’ identity and professional trajectories. This thesis explores the perceived effectiveness of the GES Master’s program, an international initiative that combines academic training, high-level mentorship, and immersion in startup ecosystems. Through a mixed-method analysis based on a questionnaire administered to all alumni, the study investigates the program’s impact in terms of acquired competencies, developed entrepreneurial mindset, and subsequent career choices. The findings highlight a strong alignment between educational objectives and participants’ experiences, reinforcing the relevance of experiential and context-based approaches in entrepreneurship education.en_UK
