CONTRATTO DI NOLEGGIO A TEMPO NEL TRASPORTO MARITTIMO REFRIGERATO: ANALISI ECONOMICO GESTIONALE DEL CASO COSIARMA S.P.A.

Abstract

La presente tesi analizza il ruolo del contratto di noleggio a tempo nel settore del trasporto marittimo refrigerato, valutando il suo impatto economico e gestionale nella filiera agroalimentare globale. Nel corso dell’elaborato viene analizzato il contratto di noleggio a tempo della m/n Star Spirit dell’azienda Cosiarma S.p.A, focalizzandosi sulla flotta e sulle strategie operative aziendali. Nell’elaborato vengono inoltre rilevati gli aspetti economico contabili a seguito della strategia di riduzione della velocità della flotta.

This thesis analyses the role of time chartering in the refrigerated shipping sector, evaluating its economic and management impact in the global agri-food supply chain. The dissertation is structured to analyse the time chart of the m/v Star Spirit of the company Cosiarma S.p.A, focusing on the fleet and company’s operational strategies. In the thesis noted the economic and accounting aspects following the fleet speed reduction strategy.
