Abstract

L'argomento della tesi è incentrato sul fenomeno della globalizzazione e sulla sua evoluzione nel tempo, dalle sue origini nell’età antica fino ai giorni nostri. Essendo un argomento di attualità e, soprattutto, molto dibattuto tra chi ne esalta i pregi e chi ne giudica i difetti, l'obiettivo è di fornire uno spunto di riflessione, analizzando il tema storicamente, definendolo nella sua sfera politica, economica e sociale e infine restituendo al lettore un quadro della situazione attuale.

The topic of this thesis focuses on the phenomenon of globalization and its evolution over time, from its origins in ancient times to the present day. Since it is a topical subject and, above all, much debated between those who extol its merits and those who judge its shortcomings, the aim is to provide food for thought by analyzing the topic historically, defining it in its political, economic and social spheres, and finally giving the reader a picture of the current situation.
