Diversità, corpo, consenso. Un podcast.

Abstract

La presente tesi esplora il tema del consenso in età evolutiva, focalizzandosi sulla relazione tra corpo, emozioni e diversità come strumenti educativi fondamentali. Attraverso un approccio laboratoriale e partecipativo, la ricerca si sviluppa lungo due principali osservazioni didattiche: la realizzazione del podcast “Il podcast che ti percorre” e la creazione del “rullo animato”, con il coinvolgimento diretto degli alunni di una classe quinta primaria. Nella prima parte si analizza il consenso come pratica quotidiana e consapevole, legato alla capacità di scegliere e far succedere le cose (agency), all’espressione del dissenso e al rispetto dell’altro, anche nei gesti più comuni come un saluto. Il consenso è visto non solo come risposta verbale, ma come processo relazionale, che implica empatia, ascolto e libertà. La riflessione si estende al ruolo delle disuguaglianze sociali e culturali nel determinare diversi livelli di agency, ponendo attenzione alle dinamiche di genere, classe, etnia e disabilità. Nella seconda parte viene descritta l’esperienza laboratoriale del podcast, che ha guidato gli alunni alla produzione poetica ed espressiva attorno a sei temi riconducibili ad alcune emozioni (corpo, divertimento, rabbia, tristezza, felicità, sorpresa). Il podcast diventa mezzo di inclusione, promozione dell’autoefficacia e sviluppo della consapevolezza corporea ed emotiva, favorendo la cooperazione e l’ascolto. Viene inoltre analizzata la valutazione delle competenze socio-emotive e creative attraverso rubriche descrittive. Infine, la terza parte propone la lettura e la rielaborazione scritta dell’albo Dai un bacio a chi vuoi tu, offrendo un’ulteriore occasione per approfondire il tema del consenso in contesti relazionali vicini ai vissuti infantili. La tesi sottolinea l’importanza di educare fin dalla prima infanzia alla libertà, al rispetto e alla valorizzazione delle differenze, integrando corpo, parola ed emozione in un percorso formativo autentico.

This thesis explores the theme of consent in developmental age, focusing on the relationship between the body, emotions, and diversity as fundamental educational tools. Through a hands-on and participatory approach, the research unfolds along two main educational observations: the creation of the podcast "Il podcast che ti percorre" ("The Podcast That Runs Through You") and the development of the "animated reel", both involving the direct participation of a fifth-grade primary school class.

In the first part, consent is analyzed as a daily and conscious practice, tied to the ability to choose and make things happen (agency), the expression of dissent, and respect for others—even in common gestures such as greetings. Consent is seen not merely as a verbal response but as a relational process that involves empathy, listening, and freedom. The reflection expands to the role of social and cultural inequalities in determining different levels of agency, with attention given to dynamics of gender, class, ethnicity, and disability.

The second part describes the workshop experience of the podcast, which guided students in poetic and expressive production around six themes related to emotions (body, fun, anger, sadness, happiness, surprise). The podcast becomes a tool for inclusion, promotion of self-efficacy, and development of bodily and emotional awareness, fostering cooperation and active listening. The assessment of socio-emotional and creative skills is also analyzed through descriptive evaluation rubrics.

Finally, the third part includes the reading and written re-elaboration of the picture book Dai un bacio a chi vuoi tu ("Give a Kiss to Whoever You Want"), offering a further opportunity to deepen the theme of consent in relational contexts close to children's lived experiences. The thesis highlights the importance of educating from early childhood towards freedom, respect, and the appreciation of differences, integrating body, language, and emotion.
