Abstract

Il presente elaborato esamina il rapporto tra regimi i totalitari del XX secolo e le persone con disabilità, con un focus specifico sulla condizione dei minori. Adottando un approccio comparativo e basandosi su casi studio significativi, la tesi mette in luce le politiche eugenetiche e le pratiche di esclusione sociale che hanno inciso profondamente sulla vita delle persone disabili in questo contesto storico.

This thesis analyzes the relationship between totalitarian regimes of the twentieth century and people with disabilities, with a specific focus on minors condition. Through a comparative approach and the examination of key case studies, the study highlights eugenic policies and social exclusion practices that profoundly affected the lives of people with disabilities within this historical context.
