L'Integrazione Intergenerazionale

Abstract

ABSTRACT TESI: “ Integrazione Intergenerazionale” Questo elaborato di tesi, mira a mettere in evidenza tutti gli aspetti più rilevanti della vita di quattro gruppi di generazioni che va dal 1938 al 1969. Senza tralasciare gli aspetti sociali e di sviluppo del paese, ogni epoca è stata testimone di molti cambiamenti, che sono stati evidenziati in questa ricerca, tramite Interviste libere e non Direttive, svolte principalmente in Liguria e in particolare nel Genovesato. Le interviste sono state raccolte formando tre gruppi suddivisi per età: a)- I Silenti o Grandi Anziani, la generazione della Ricostruzione, nati tra il 1926 e il 1945. b)- I Boomer quelli del Boom demografico nati tra la fine della guerra 1947 e il 1955. c)- Un terzo gruppo i Jones nati tra il 1956 e il 1960. d)- Il quarto gruppo quelli nati tra il 1965 e il 1969. Dall'analisi delle interviste raccolte, si evidenzia una fondamentale differenza nelle tematiche tra le generazioni dei Boomer e quella dei Silenti. Tutto ciò deriva dal fatto che i Silenti hanno vissuto gli orrori della guerra e le difficoltà della ricostruzione, mentre i più giovani si sono trovati dentro il Boom economico, senza la difficoltà di trovare un giusto impiego. In Conclusione , si può affermare che la differenza Intergenerazionale tra i gruppi presi in esame, non è così marcata, anzi possiamo affermare che i valori Fondamentali sono molto ben radicati in tutti i gruppi e ciò fa ben sperare per le future Generazioni.

ABSTRACT THESIS: "Intergenerational Integration" This thesis aims to highlight all the most relevant aspects of the lives of four generational groups spanning from 1938 to 1969. Without neglecting the social aspects and the country's development, each era witnessed many changes, which are emphasized in this research through free and non-directive interviews, mainly conducted in Liguria and particularly in the Genoa area. The interviews were gathered by forming three age-divided groups: a) The Silent Generation or Elderly, the generation of Reconstruction, born between 1926 and 1945. b) The Baby Boomers, those of the demographic boom, born between the end of the war, 1947, and 1955. c) A third group, the Jones Generation, born between 1956 and 1960. d) The fourth group, those born between 1965 and 1969.

From the analysis of the collected interviews, a fundamental difference in the themes between the Baby Boomers and the Silent Generation is evident. This is due to the fact that the Silent Generation lived through the horrors of war and the difficulties of reconstruction, while the younger ones grew up during the economic boom, without the struggle of finding the right employment. In conclusion, it can be stated that the intergenerational difference between the groups examined is not as marked, and in fact, we can affirm that the core values are deeply rooted in all groups, which bodes well for future generations.
