Lo Status di rifugiato e la Protezione diplomatica : aspetti giuridici, politici e diplomatici nel diritto internazionale

Abstract

Questo elaborato si propone analizzare e definire i confini dello status di rifugiato dal punto di vista del diritto internazionale, esaminando i meccanismi di tutela e protezione diplomatica, il ruolo degli Stati e della loro cooperazione con le organizzazioni internazionali e le ambasciate, nella gestione delle esigenze dei richiedenti asilo. In seguito ai principi generali esposti, la presa in esame della sentenza Shepherd v. Germany ne metterà in luce l’importanza.
