Testimoni, protagonisti e bersagli: i reporter di guerra nell'era della post-verità

Abstract

La tesi vuole essere un'analisi sull'evoluzione del reporter di guerra che da testimone e protagonista del Novecento, oggi si trova ad essere sempre più bersaglio. Nella nuova epoca della post-verità, dove le emozioni sembrano prevalere sull'oggettività e imparzialità dei fatti e si è realizzata la Net War, o guerra all'informazione, è cruciale capire le nuove sfide che il reporter e il giornalismo di guerra devono affrontare per sopravvivere.

This thesis aims to analyze the evolution of the war reporter, who, from being a witness and main character of the 20th century, is increasingly becoming a target. In the new era of post-truth, where emotions seem to prevail over the objectivity and impartiality of facts, and the Net War, or war on information, has become a reality, it is crucial to understand the new challenges that reporters and war journalism must face in order to survive.
