Abstract

La tesi "L’evoluzione mediatica e legale degli scandali nel mondo sportivo" esamina l'impatto degli scandali nel calcio italiano, focalizzandosi sulle implicazioni legali e mediatiche di tali eventi. L’analisi si concentra su casi storici significativi come il Totonero del 1980 e Calciopoli del 2006, fino ad arrivare al recente scandalo di calcioscommesse del 2023, reso pubblico dal giornalista Fabrizio Corona. Questi scandali hanno avuto conseguenze rilevanti sulle carriere degli atleti e sull'immagine delle istituzioni calcistiche, modificando la percezione del calcio e influenzando le politiche legali.

Il primo capitolo esplora l'evoluzione del diritto sportivo e il cambiamento nel ruolo dei media nel trattamento di scandali di questa portata, evidenziando come siano state introdotte riforme legislative per contrastare la corruzione e come i media abbiano contribuito a plasmare l’opinione pubblica.
