L'autonomia e la responsabilità dell'infermiere

Abstract

L'obiettivo di questa tesi è analizzare in modo critico la responsabilità, autonomia e percezione pubblica degli infermieri, al fine di comprendere come questi elementi interagiscano e influenzino la loro identità professionale e il riconoscimento sociale. Verranno perciò indagate le dimensioni della responsabilità e dell'autonomia dell’infermiere nel tempo andando a ripercorrere le tappe più importanti della professione e verrà analizzata la percezione pubblica dell’infermiere.

The objective of this thesis is to critically analyze the responsibility, autonomy and public perception of nurses in order to understand how these elements interact and influence their professional identity and social recognition. The dimensions of the responsibility and autonomy of the nurse over time will be investigated, tracing the most important stages of the profession and the public perception of the nurse will be analysed.
