Dal Nido d’infanzia ai Poli 0/6 anni

Abstract

La tesi si concentra sull'evoluzione storica e normativa dei nidi d'infanzia, analizzando i vari aspetti che hanno caratterizzato il loro sviluppo fino ai moderni poli 0-6 anni. Inizialmente, si esplorano gli eventi storici e le normative che hanno segnato il percorso dei nidi d'infanzia, mettendo in luce come fattori socioculturali e politiche familiari abbiano influenzato la nascita e l'affermazione di queste strutture educative. Si evidenzia come i cambiamenti nella società e le necessità del mercato del lavoro abbiano contribuito a modellare l'offerta educativa destinata ai più piccoli. Successivamente, la tesi approfondisce gli aspetti principali dei nidi d'infanzia tradizionali, analizzando le finalità educative, la routine e il ruolo cruciale delle educatrici. Si discute di come queste istituzioni rispondano ai bisogni educativi e affettivi dei bambini, evidenziando le sfide quotidiane che le educatrici devono affrontare e le opportunità di miglioramento e innovazione all'interno di questi contesti. Infine, si esaminano le recenti innovazioni rappresentate dai poli 0-6 anni, che offrono un approccio integrato e continuo all'educazione dei bambini. Attraverso interviste con educatrici di nidi d'infanzia tradizionali e di poli 0-6 anni, si raccolgono testimonianze sulle differenze tra i due modelli educativi, offrendo un'opportunità unica per esplorare le esperienze pratiche e le visioni professionali di chi opera quotidianamente in questo settore.

The thesis focuses on the historical and normative evolution of nests, analyzing the various aspects that have characterized their development up to the modern poles 0-6 years. Initially, we explore the historical events and regulations that marked the path of childhood nests, highlighting how sociocultural factors and family policies have influenced the birth and the affirmation of these educational structures. It shows how changes in society and the needs of the labour market have helped to shape the educational offer for children. The thesis then explores the main aspects of traditional nativity centres, analysing the educational objectives, routine and crucial role of female educators. We discuss how these institutions respond to the educational and emotional needs of children, highlighting the daily challenges that educators face and the opportunities for improvement and innovation within these contexts. Finally, the recent innovations in the 0-6 age group are examined, which offer an integrated and continuous approach to children’s education. Interviews with traditional and poly nesting educators from ages 0-6, provide evidence of the differences between the two educational models, Providing a unique opportunity to explore the practical experiences and professional visions of those who work daily in this field.
