Affidamento familiare nel contesto delle politiche sociali minorili

Abstract

L'affido educativo familiare è un intervento che rientra in quelle che sono le politiche sociali, in particolare le politiche per la famiglia. Nel corso degli anni questo tipo di intervento è mutato a seconda delle necessità dell'utenza a cui veniva e viene rivolto. Al giorno d'oggi l'affido educativo familiare ha acquisito una dimensione maggiore, andando a toccare aspetti di multidisciplinarità, al fine di coinvolgere tutte le dimensioni che girano attorno al minore. La possibilità di un progetto educativo multidisciplinare consente una presa in carico totale, non solo del minore ma anche della famiglia. Come educatore ho sentito la necessità di indagare le origine di questo tipo intervento che progetto e seguo da anni, al fine di comprenderne meglio il valore e le finalità. Difatti la prima parte comprende un'analisi storico mentre, nella seconda parte, emerge la parte più tecnica della progettazione stessa, andando a rivolgermi direttamente a due dei numerosi attori coinvolti nella programmazione dell'intervento.

Family educational care is an intervention that falls within what are social policies, in particular family policies. Over the years this type of intervention has changed according to the needs of the users to whom it was addressed. Nowadays, the family educational foster care has acquired a greater dimension, touching on aspects of multidisciplinarity, in order to involve all the dimensions that revolve around the minor. The possibility of a multidisciplinary educational project allows a total handling, not only of the minor but also of the family. As an educator I felt the need to investigate the origins of this type of intervention that I have been planning and following for years, in order to better understand its value and purpose. In fact, the first part includes a historical analysis while, in the second part, the most technical part of the design itself emerges, going directly to two of the many actors involved in the planning of the intervention.
