La Tratta dei minori e l'Adozione internazionale

Abstract

Il traffico di esseri umani è una pratica che coinvolge un numero elevatissimo di persone ogni anno. Rappresenta la mercificazione dell’essere umano, soprattutto delle categorie più vulnerabili, violandone i diritti fondamentali, privandoli della dignità e libertà, sfruttandoli per scopi di lucro e potere. In questo elaborato verrà posta l'attenzione sui minori, e vedremo le ripercussioni che questo reato comporta nelle loro vite future. Questo fenomeno coinvolge tutti a livello globale e necessita di una risposta coordinata da parte delle istituzioni, basata su principi di giustizia, diritti umani e legalità. In questo testo partiremo dalle origini di questa pratica, fin dai tempi dell’antica Grecia, e tratteremo la sua evoluzione storica fino ad arrivare ad oggi. Verranno analizzate le cause sottostanti e le realtà in cui si sviluppa maggiormente questo fenomeno. Ogni organizzazione criminale che compie traffico illegale di esseri umani, segue un iter ben preciso e strutturato. In questo testo proveremo ad analizzare tante sfaccettature delle realtà che molti bambini vivono quotidianamente, che noi tendiamo ad ignorare. È importante invece trattare l’argomento al fine di poter sensibilizzare sulla tematica e comprendere che anche noi inconsciamente alimentiamo un mercato pericoloso. Le forme di schiavitù a cui sono soggetti i bambini sono tantissime, e tutte lasciano delle ferite profonde che necessitano di anni per poter rimarginare. Affronteremo, in seguito, la tematica delle Adozioni internazionali. I bambini salvati, sono affidati ad istituti che hanno l’obiettivo di ricostruire la loro identità psico-fisica, ed elaborare con loro una prospettiva futura. Tutto il processo di adozione, va progettato e attuato prevedendo un lavoro multidisciplinare. Ci soffermeremo sulla figura professionale dell’Assistente Sociale, le sfide a cui va incontro, le componenti emotive a cui deve essere preparato e i valori che devono guidare tutto il suo agire morale.

Human trafficking is a practice that involves a very large number of people every year. It represents the commodification of human beings, especially the most vulnerable, violating their fundamental rights, depriving them of their dignity and freedom, and exploiting them for profit and power. In this paper, the focus will be on minors, and we will see the repercussions this crime has on their future lives. This phenomenon affects everyone globally and requires a coordinated response from the institutions, based on principles of justice, human rights and legality. In this text we will start from the origins of this practice, from ancient Greece, and we will discuss its historical evolution up to the present day. The underlying causes and the realities in which this phenomenon is most developed will be analysed. Every criminal organisation that engages in the illegal trafficking of human beings follows a precise and structured procedure. In this text we will try to analyse many facets of the realities that many children experience on a daily basis, which we tend to ignore. Instead, it is important to deal with the subject in order to raise awareness and understand that we also unconsciously feed a dangerous market. The forms of slavery to which children are subjected are many, and they all leave deep wounds that take years to heal.

We will deal with the subject of international adoptions later on. The rescued children are entrusted to institutions whose objective is to reconstruct their psycho-physical identity and develop a future perspective with them.The entire adoption process must be designed and implemented with multidisciplinary work in mind. We will focus on the professional figure of the social worker, the challenges he or she faces, the emotional components they must be prepared for and the values that must guide all their moral actions.
