I Piccoli Amici: La psicologia sportiva di una squadra di calcio

Abstract

L’obiettivo di questo elaborato è quello di offrire inizialmente una panoramica descrittiva generale del mondo del calcio, analizzando in particolare la realtà dilettantistica giovanile, soffermandosi sull’analisi dell’attività sportiva di un gruppo di bambini prendendo ad esempio la categoria “Piccoli Amici” della società sportiva Gsd San Fruttuoso, illustrando con precisione il lavoro svolto sul campo con i bambini dal punto di vista tecnico/tattico, del gioco ludico e delle dinamiche di gruppo. Viene posta in particolare attenzione la sfera psicologica di un bambino di quell’età facendo riferimento alle varie teorie sull’apprendimento e sullo sviluppo; e a come esse possono essere utilizzate sia dal punto di vista dell’insegnamento del gioco del calcio sia per quanto riguarda il modo di relazionarsi con essi. Infine, viene analizzata la figura dell’allenatore di tale gruppo, che riveste i panni di istruttore ed educatore, concentrandosi sulle qualità che deve possedere e sui comportamenti che deve attuare, citando anche i dettami della Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio. La motivazione che mi ha portato ad analizzare questo argomento proviene dalla mia esperienza personale in questo mondo e dalla passione che nutro per esso. Ormai da quattro anni sono parte dello staff tecnico delle leve più piccole come i Piccoli Amici dapprima come aiuto allenatore e successivamente come primo allenatore. L’anno scorso ho completato il secondo anno con la leva 2016, con cui continuerò anche per un terzo anno, e ciò mi ha fatto decidere di riportare la mia esperienza descrivendo la realtà in cui mi trovo e tutto il lavoro svolto con loro in questo lasso di tempo.

The objective of this paper is to initially offer a descriptive overview of the world of football, analyzing in particular the youth amateur reality, focusing on the analysis of the sporting activity of a group of children taking ad example the "Piccoli Amici" category of the Gsd San Fruttuoso sports club, illustrating with precision the work carried out in the field with the children from a technical/tactical point of view, of playful play and group dynamics. Particular attention is paid to the psychological sphere of a child of that age referring to various theories on learning and development; and how they are they can be used both from the point of view of teaching football and regarding the way to relate to them. Finally, the figure is analyzed of the coach of this group, who takes on the role of instructor and educator, concentrating on the qualities he must possess and the behaviors he must implement, also mentioning i dictates of the Italian Football Federation. The motivation that led me to analyze this topic comes from my own personal experience in this world and the passion I have for it. For four now years I have been part of the technical staff of smaller groups like Piccoli Amici at first as assistant coach and later as first coach. Last year I completed the second year with the 2016 draft, with which I will continue for a third year, and this made me decide to report my experience by describing the reality in which I find myself and all the work done with them in this period of time.
