| it_IT |
dc.description.abstract | Like invisible threads, relationships weave the fabric of our personal growth. Only when we adopt an open and dialogic posture can we truly understand ourselves and by feeling deeply touched by everything and person around us we have the possibility of becoming the best version of ourselves.
This is possible when we learn to stay in relationships, embracing and navigating them to grasp their deepest meaning and when we offer ourselves the opportunity to grow thanks to the people around us.
I began my reflection starting from philosophy, which is present in every word because it has profoundly to do with life and allows one to fully form one's identity and provides the educator with opportunities to reflect and acquire awareness of one's role and importance of one's actions.
The initial analysis of the different philosophical perspectives that investigate man from a relational point of view, not as a single monad but as part of a continuously moving dialogic system, pushed me to ask myself some questions not only as a person but above all as an educator : what does it mean to educate with a relational approach and what difficulties and discoveries do we encounter when acting with this theoretical approach?
The first chapter explores the ideas proposed by various philosophers, anthropologists, sociologists, theologians etc. regarding the theme of human relationality.
The second chapter addresses the educational discourse from a relational point of view, focuses on the actions of educators and above all on the posture they assume in their caring action.
Finally, the third chapter focuses attention on the child and the context of the nursery, the first place where we come into contact with our peers and where we begin to train our innate propensity for sociality. | en_UK |
