Abstract

Alla base di questo elaborato vi è l’analisi dell’evoluzione normativa del ruolo dei genitori all’interno dell’ambiente famigliare e l’acquisizione di una posizione sempre più privilegiata e protetta del minore, il quale ha diritto di crescere e vivere in un ambiente famigliare che rispetti i suoi bisogni, le sue esigenze e che sia moralmente e materialmente accudito. In presenza di situazioni pregiudizievoli nei confronti del minore è necessario L’intervento dell’Autorità giudiziaria, in questi casi il Servizio sociale mira al ripristino del benessere del minore allo scopo di far valere i suoi diritti e soprattutto agire in merito al suo interesse.
