Adozione - possibilità e rischi

Abstract

Il seguente elaborato tratta l’istituto dell'adozione, primariamente da un punto di vista descrittivo e successivamente sposta l'attenzione sui soggetti coinvolti, le relazioni tra essi ed i rischi che possono comportare le loro scelte. Nella prima parte della tesi, dopo un’analisi sull’evoluzione storica dell’istituto dell’adozione, ci si è soffermati sulla odierna classificazione di tipologie adottive, individuata attraverso molteplici ricerche e la consultazione della normativa vigente. Successivamente è stata fatta un'analisi accurata delle principali leggi nazionali ed internazionali che hanno influito sulle modalità ed i requisiti di questo processo e quelle che ad oggi lo disciplinano. Conseguentemente all’aver posto le basi da un punto di vista burocratico, si è trattato dei principali protagonisti del processo adottivo, delle parti coinvolte, di ciò devono fare a livello normativo e di quali possono essere i percorsi che li attendono in seguito. Nella seconda parte dell'elaborato vengono introdotte le fasi del percorso adottivo nazionale, le figure professionali a cui rivolgersi per le svariate procedure da effettuare. In questo capitolo si vuole mettere a confronto la teoria e le prassi che dovrebbero essere applicate con le dinamiche affettive e di attaccamento che potrebbero entrare in gioco, tenendo sempre ben presente che ogni situazione è strettamente personale, soggettiva e che ogni casistica è a sé. La terza ed ultima parte è dedicata ad un particolare approfondimento. Si tratta di una breve riflessione riguardante i possibili rischi e problematiche post adozione che i nuclei potrebbero riscontrare. Da prima viene introdotto il fallimento adottivo, argomento ad oggi poco affrontato e discusso, sul quale si trovano poche informazioni e scarse risorse per contrastarlo. Infine vengono presentati i possibili interventi preventivi da mettere in atto e le potenziali risorse da far emergere ed attivare.

The following essay is about the institution of adoption, primarily from a descriptive point of view and subsequently it shifts the attention to the subjects involved, the relationships between them and the risks that their choices may entail. In the first part of the thesis, after an analysis of the historical evolution of the institution of adoption, we focused on the current classification of adoption typologies, identified through multiple research and consultation of current legislation. Subsequently, an accurate analysis was made of the main national and international laws that influenced the methods and requirements of this process and those that currently regulate it. Consequent to having laid the foundations from a bureaucratic point of view, we discussed the main protagonists of the adoption process, the parties involved, what they must do at a regulatory level and what the paths that await them may be subsequently. At the end of this part, a paragraph dedicated to the potential stereotypes and prejudices to which adoptive families may be subject regarding their path has been inserted. The second part of the essay introduces the phases of the national adoption process and the professional figures to contact for the various procedures to be carried out. In this chapter we want to compare the theory and practices that should be applied with the affective and attachment dynamics that could come into play, always keeping in mind that each situation is strictly personal, subjective and that each case study is unique. The third and final part is dedicated to a particular in-depth analysis. This is a brief reflection regarding the possible post-adoption risks and problems that families could encounter. First, adoption failure is introduced, a topic that has little been addressed and discussed to date, on which there is little information and few resources to combat it. Finally, the possible preventive interventions to be implemented.
