Abstract

La mia tesi si svolge nell'ambito del Diritto Tributario, con il mio relatore Alberto Marcheselli ci siamo occupati di andare ad individuare un fenomeno molto ricorrente in questi tempi dove la pressione fiscale è ai suoi massimi, ossia l'emissione di fatture e altri documenti per operazioni inesistenti. Siamo andati ad individuare quali sono, come si dividono e le loro caratteristiche. Dopo aver fatto ciò, siamo andati ad analizzare chi combatte questa tematica e in che modalità. Per concludere, abbiamo elencate le sanzioni eventuali per questo delitto. Per svolgere la tesi mi sono avvalso di libri e articoli, il tutto ovviamente aggiunto all'aiuto fondamentale del mio relatore.

My thesis takes place in the field of Tax Law, with my supervisor Alberto Marcheselli we worked to identify a very recurring phenomenon in these times where the tax pressure is at its highest, namely the issuing of invoices or other documents for non-existent operations. We went to identify what they are, how they are divided and their characteristics. After having done this we went on to analyze who deals with and fights this issue and how they do it. To conclude we have listed the possible sanctions for this crime. To carry out the thesis I made use of books and articles, all obviously added to the fundamental help of my supervisor.
