Gianni Rodari e il valore educativo della fantasia

Abstract

In questo elaborato viene presa in esame la figura dell'intellettuale Gianni Rodari, rinomata presenza nel mondo della letteratura e della pedagogia, andando ad indagare i motivi della sua influenza negli ambiti appena citati, soffermandosi inoltre parzialmente sulla carriera giornalistica dello scrittore. Indagare gli snodi operativi dell'intellettuale e stato necessario per poter comprendere la rilevanza che l'autore ha avuto nel mondo scolastico e educativo, indagando la sua ideologia in ambito didattico e familiare, la quale è in grado di permetterebbe una migliore crescita del bambino. In particolare, approfondendo gli approcci innovativi dell'autore all'interno e all'esterno del campo letterario, viene illustrato come la creatività e la fantasia siano ottime fonti di sviluppo e apprendimento che devono essere utilizzate al meglio anche in ambito scolastico, in quanto strumenti utili per la liberazione del bambino. Indagando più specificatamente "Grammatica della Fantasia", importante testo teorico di Gianni Rodari, è possibile comprendere come, anche con la collaborazione del mondo adulto, sia possibile creare storie attraverso l'utilizzo delle tecniche in esso spiegate, basate proprio sull'utilizzo creativo e fantastico della parola e della fiaba, utilizzando talvolta la quotidianità. Sono state incluse in questo scritto diverse delle metodologie riportate dall'autore in quanto utilizzate in diverse delle sue produzioni letterarie; l'approfondimento di due delle sue opere, denominate "Favole al telefono" e "il libro degli errori", ha portato ad una visione più chiara di ciò che l'autore intende parlando del bambino creatore e dell'uso che quest'ultimo fa della propria immaginazione.

This paper examines the figure of the intellectual Gianni Rodari, a renowned presence in the world of literature and pedagogy, investigating the reasons for his influence in the areas just mentioned, also partially focusing on the writer's journalistic career. Investigating the operational hubs of the intellectual was necessary in order to understand the relevance that the author had in the scholastic world, investigating his ideology in the educational and family sphere, which is capable of allowing a better growth of the child. In particular, by delving into the author's innovative approaches within and outside the literary field, it is illustrated how creativity and imagination are excellent sources of development and learning which must also be used to their best advantage in school environment, as useful tools for the liberation of the child. By investigating more specifically "Grammatica della Fantasia", an important theoretical text by Gianni Rodari, it is possible to understand how, even with the collaboration of the adult world, it is possible to create stories through the use of the techniques explained in it, based precisely on the creative and fantasy of the words and fairy tales, sometimes using everyday life. Several of the methodologies reported by the author have been included in this writing as they were used in several of his literary productions; the in-depth study of two of his works, called "Favole al telefono" and "Il libro degli errori", has led to a clearer vision of what the author means when speaking of the creator child and the use that the latter makes of his own imagination.
