L’INFERMIERE E LA VALORIZZAZIONE DELLE COMPETENZE ACQUISITE ATTRAVERSO I PERCORSI FORMATIVI POST-LAUREA: INDAGINE CONOSCITIVA DELLA REALTA’ GENOVESE.

Abstract

Questa ricerca si pone il quesito di verificare se e come gli infermieri genovesi in possesso di formazione specialistica siano valorizzati per aver intrapreso percorsi formativi post laurea di I livello; nello specifico nelle aziende in cui operano. Pertanto è stata condotta una ricerca di tipo qualitativo, attraverso interviste semi-strutturate con la partecipazione volontaria di infermieri operanti nella realtà genovese, dando voce alle loro opinioni e ai loro vissuti, appurando se e come nella loro carriera si siano sentiti valorizzati per le competenze formative in situ.

This research asks the question of verifying whether and how Genoese nurses with post graduat education are valued for having undertaken first level post-graduate training courses; specifically in the companies in which they operate. Therefore, qualitative research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with the voluntary participation of nurses working in the Genoese area, giving voice to their opinions and experiences, verifying whether and how in their career they felt valued for their skills on-site training.
