La Mafia nel Nord Italia: Radici, Crescita e Impatto Sociale.

Abstract

La mafia ha dimostrato la capacità di evolversi nel tempo e adattarsi a nuovi territori. L'obiettivo di questo lavoro è investigare le cause che hanno spinto la mafia a infiltrarsi in territori non natii e quali siano stati i fattori che hanno incentivato il suo radicamento. La capacità di infiltrazione delle organizzazioni di stampo mafioso a livello politico ed amministrativo ha portato a un incremento del numero dei comuni sciolti per mafia. Attraverso l’esame di due comuni e della regione Liguria, emerge come la mafia abbia avuto la capacità di infiltrarsi a tutti i livelli della vita amministrativa, sia nel nord che nel sud Italia, riuscendo a sfruttare la propria autorità per guadagni e potere influenzando l’opinione pubblica.

The Mafia has shown the ability to evolve over time and adapt to new territories. The objective of this work is to investigate the causes that pushed the mafia to infiltrate non-native territories and what were the factors that encouraged its rooting. The infiltration capacity of mafia-type organizations at a political and administrative level has led to an increase in the number of municipalities dissolved due to mafia. Through the examination of two municipalities and the Liguria region, it reveals how the mafia has had the ability to infiltrate all levels of administrative life, both in the north and in the south of Italy, managing to exploit its authority for profits and power by influencing the public opinion.
