Disturbi dello spettro autistico : il processo educativo e la gestione delle problematiche nell'asilo nido

Abstract

Nel mio lavoro di tesi è stato analizzato l’autismo infantile nei primi anni di vita e tutto il processo educativo e le relative problematiche che possono sorgere all’interno dell’asilo nido. L’elaborato è composto da 3 capitoli. Nel primo capitolo racconto la storia dell’autismo e degli autori che nel corso degli anni hanno trattato tale argomento. Nel secondo capitolo introduco il processo educativo e di quanto sia importante il ruolo dell’educatore, ma anche della famiglia. Nell’ultimo capitolo presento le strategie d’intervento legate all’autismo da applicare all’interno del contesto scolastico facendo particolare attenzione all’ambiente e alla predisposizione di tempi e spazi. Analizzerò il metodo TEACCH, ABA e la Pet Therapy. Infine, sarà presente una breve intervista svolta da me a Sofia, mamma di una bambina con spettro autistico non verbale.

In my thesis work, childish autism in the first years of life and the entire educational process and the related problems that may arise within the nursery were analyzed. The thesis is composed of 3 chapters. In the first chapter I tell the story of autism and the authors who have dealt with this topic over the years. In the second chapter I introduce the educational process and how important the role of the educator is, but also of the family. In the last chapter I present the intervention strategies related to autism to be applied within the school context, paying particular attention to the environment and the provision of times and spaces. I will analyze the TEACCH method, ABA and Pet Therapy. Finally, there will be a short interview conducted by me with Sofia, mother of a little girl with the non-verbal autism spectrum.
