This thesis investigates the benefits of sports and adapted physical activity in the development of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder during developmental age. In a social context that is increasingly focused on inclusion, the topic of sports integration is of fundamental importance to ensure adequate support and improve the quality of life of these young individuals. The main objective of the study is to identify and describe the specific benefits that Hippotherapy and Adapted Judo provide on the motor, relational and functional levels in individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. To this end, a review of the scientific literature was conducted by consulting the Google Scholar and Pupmed databases. The results obtained highlight how both disciplines act positively on the motor profile, contributing to the reduction of stereotypies and the improvement of coordinative and postural impairments. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that both Hippotherapy and Adapted Judo represent valuable tools to be integrated into multidisciplinary pathways for the motor, relational and psychological development of the individual in developmental age.en_UK
