“ETICA E UMANITÀ: IL CODICE DEONTOLOGICO E L’IMPORTANZA DELL’APPROCCIO UMANO NEL SETTORE SANITARIO”

Abstract

La tesi analizza l'evoluzione dell'etica nel settore sanitario, concentrandosi sul ruolo del Tecnico Sanitario di Radiologia Medica (TSRM). Partendo dalle radici storiche del Codice Deontologico e dal Giuramento di Ippocrate, il lavoro esplora i principi fondamentali evidenziando l'importanza dell'approccio umano al paziente. Vengono confrontati i Codici Deontologici del TSRM del 2004 e del 2025, sottolineando le innovazioni introdotte e le sfide etiche poste dalle nuove tecnologie. La tesi esamina anche casi di cronaca come quelli di Eluana Englaro e Piergiorgio Welby, che hanno sollevato importanti questioni sull'autodeterminazione e il fine vita. Si discute, inoltre, l'importanza della formazione continua, della responsabilità professionale e della sanità digitale, evidenziando come l'etica e l'umanità siano essenziali per garantire cure di qualità e rispettose della dignità del paziente.
