HafenCity: nuovi spazi temporanei per micro-alloggi studenteschi

Abstract

Il progetto, è pensato nell’ottica di risolvere un problema non solo architettonico-urbanistico ma soprattutto sociale. I pod sono un mezzo messo a disposizione degli studenti di HafenCity per calarsi in una inedita dimensione del co-living. Sono uno scompartimento sicuro, dove gli spazi si riducono e l’interazione tra fruitori è incentivata. Come in un microorganismo, gli alloggi beneficeranno della coesione e capacità di adattamento dei suoi destinatari che, avranno la possibilità di protrarre non solo la vita delle loro unità abitative ma, più in generale, renderle partecipi di un sistema articolato di alloggi, una famiglia di micro-case disseminata sull’impronta di HafenCity. Può essere l’occasione che la città di Amburgo aspetta da anni, un dispositivo su scala urbana per dare il La ad una stagione di rinnovamento di sè solamente iniziata e che, sembra ad oggi destinata a non concludersi mai. Una soluzione “lampo” per rispondere ad una problematica che necessità tempestività, ma anche efficacia al fine di stimolare un intera area portuale che, malata, richiede aiuto dai suoi stessi attori. Questa è la missione: uscire dal limbo dell’incompiuto per allungarsi verso una dimensione risolta, scevra di rimorsi o risentimento.

The pods are a means made available to HafenCity students to immerse themselves in an unprecedented dimension of co-living. They are a safe compartment, where spaces are reduced and interaction between users is encouraged. As in a micro-organism, housing will benefit from the cohesion and adaptability of its recipients who will have the possibility not only to prolong the life of their housing units but, more generally, to make them participate in an articulated system of housing, A family of micro-homes dotted on the footprint of HafenCity. It may be the opportunity that the city of Hamburg has been waiting for years, a device on an urban scale to give La to a season of renewal that has only just begun and that seems to this day destined to never end.
