Abstract

INTRODUZIONE In Italia, purtroppo, la presenza di elementi deviati e, talvolta, eversivi, è massiva, e inficia sempre sulla società, sull’economia, financo sulla politica. Non è un caso che molta importanza, negli anni, si sia data a questi temi: tante storie con altrettanti protagonisti, nel bene e nel male, che hanno contribuito alla creazione di un fenomeno longevo e spesso cruento, mai domo, ma mai veramente vincitore. Un numero altissimo di delitti, controllo del territorio attraverso l’uso della forza o dell’economia, la paura e l’omertà sono fatti conosciuti e ancora presenti; ma le reazioni di uno Stato che non si piega, e soprattutto di uomini e donne che in questo Stato hanno creduto e a cui hanno dato la vita, e ancora oggi continuano a sacrificarla, non si sono fatte attendere: indagini, processi, Commissioni Parlamentari e leggi ad hoc per un contrasto continuo a chi attenta allo Stato, cioè il Popolo Italiano. L'obiettivo di questa tesi è proprio quello di ricercare, attraverso la storia dell’insediamento nel tessuto sociale di tre attori devianti, i loro interessi e intrecci con il mondo politico-finanziario e, le risposte dello Stato. Più nel dettaglio, la tesi si articola proprio in tre capitoli.

INTRODUCTION In Italy, unfortunately, the presence of deviated and, sometimes, subversive elements is massive, and it always affects society, the economy, even politics. It is no coincidence that a lot of importance, over the years, has been given to these themes: many stories with as many protagonists, for better and in the bad, which have contributed to the creation of a long-lived and often bloody phenomenon, never Dome, but never really a winner. A very high number of crimes, control of the territory through the use of force or of the economy, fear and silence are known facts that are still present; but the reactions of one A state that does not bend, and above all of men and women who have believed in this state and to whom they gave their lives, and still continue to sacrifice it, were not long in coming: investigations, trials, Parliamentary Commissions and ad hoc laws for a continuous fight against those who attack on the State, that is, the Italian People. The aim of this thesis is precisely to research, through the history of the settlement in the social fabric of three deviant actors, their interests and intertwining with the political-financial world and the responses of the State. More specifically, the thesis is divided into three chapters.
