Il teatro come strumento per la creazione di valore

Abstract

L’obiettivo di questa tesi è analizzare come il teatro, inteso come strumento culturale ed educativo, possa contribuire alla creazione di valore in diversi ambiti sociali ed economici. L'elaborato esplorerà le dinamiche attraverso le quali il teatro stimola la creatività, favorisce la coesione sociale e promuove la crescita individuale e collettiva. Viene inoltre approfondito il ruolo del teatro come strumento di sviluppo delle competenze, della leadership e della gestione del cambiamento, in modo da evidenziare l’impatto del teatro non solo nel contesto artistico, ma anche in ambito educativo e terapeutico. La tesi dimostra che il teatro, attraverso la sua capacità di coinvolgere emozioni, relazioni e percorsi di trasformazione, è un motore di valore in grado di generare impatti positivi duraturi su più livelli.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze how theater, understood as a cultural and educational tool, can contribute to the creation of value in various social and economic spheres. The paper will explore the dynamics through which theater stimulates creativity, promotes social cohesion, and fosters both individual and collective growth. The role of theater as a tool for skill development, leadership, and change management will also be explored, emphasizing its impact not only in the artistic context but also in educational and therapeutic settings. The thesis demonstrates that theater, through its ability to engage emotions, relationships, and transformative processes, is a powerful value driver capable of generating lasting positive impacts on multiple levels.
