Smart working: il lavoro agile nell'ambito dell'organizzazione aziendale

Abstract

Il tema dello smart working negli ultimi anni sta diventando sempre più importante. Questa tesi analizza come il lavoro agile si è inserto all’interno del contesto aziendale, osservando l’impatto che il modello lavorativo riguardo al clima organizzativo, allo stile di leadership che i manager hanno dovuto adottare, sulle capacità dei lavoratori di saper lavorare in gruppo, con un focus riguardo al tema del change management. Facendo inoltre uno studio dettagliato di come il lavoro agile si sia diffuso nelle grandi imprese, piccole medie imprese e nella pubblica amministrazione in tre istanti temporali differenti: prima della pandemia, durante il periodo dell’emergenza sanitaria e negli ultimi anni, sulla base dei dati forniti dall’Osservatorio Smart Working del Politecnico di Milano. La ricerca fornisce una panoramica dello smart working, sia nell’ambito dell’organizzazione aziendale sia confrontando le tre diverse realtà menzionate.

Smart working has become increasingly important in recent years. This thesis analyses how agile working has become embedded within the corporate context, observing the impact of the working model on the organisational climate, on the leadership style that managers have had to adopt, on the ability of workers to know how to work in a team, with a focus on the issue of change management. It also makes a detailed study of how agile working has spread in large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises and the public administration in three different time instants: before the pandemic, during the period of the health emergency and in recent years, based on data provided by the Osservatorio Smart Working del Politecnico di Milano. The research provides an overview of smart working, both within the company organisation and by comparing the three different realities mentioned.
