Ricostruzione di un edificio situato a Belforte Monferrato

Abstract

L'elaborato finale tratta la ristrutturazione edilizia di un fienile di proprietà familiare al fine di convertirlo ad uso abitativo. Il progetto, oltre a tenere conto delle condizioni dettate dalla normativa del P.R.G.I. vigente, affronta diverse tematiche nel rispetto dell'ambiente e del paesaggio. Il primo punto si concentra sulla gestione dei rifiuti derivanti dal processo di demolizione avvalendosi di una start-up in grado di produrre mattoni attraverso un processo di riciclaggio delle macerie edili. Tenendo conto caratteristiche degli edifici storici locali e di conseguenza del paesaggio, l'intervento riprende alcuni caratteri tipici, come l'uso della pietra locale, i mattoni di regolarizzazione e le pareti grigliate, reinterpretandoli in chiave moderna, rendendo quindi evidente l'appartenenza all'attualità. Infine, approfondendo il tema della luce, le griglie in laterizio sono state rivisitate sviluppando delle piastrelle frangisole che riprendono la forma della foglia di vite e che, una volta colpite dal sole, attraverso l'ombra proiettata, generano particolari atmosfere negli ambienti interni.

The final essay deals with a building renovation of a family-owned barn in order to convert it to residential use. The project, in addition to taking into account the conditions dictated by the regulations of the P.R.G.I. in force, addresses various issues while respecting the environment and the landscape. The first point focuses on the management of waste resulting from the demolition process by making use of a start-up capable of making bricks through a process of recycling building rubble. Respecting the characteristics of the local historical buildings and consequently of the landscape, the project takes up some of the typical characteristics, such as the use of local stone, the regularizing bricks and the grilled walls, reinterpreting them in a modern perspective, making the belonging to the actuality. Finally, delving into the theme of light, the brick grids have been revisited by developing sunshade tiles which take the shape of the vine leaf and which, once hit by the sun, generate particular atmospheres in the internal environments through the shadow projected.
