genovese, con particolare attenzione all’avvio d’impresa.
This thesis originates from the internship experience undertaken at the Centro Ligure per la
Produttività (CLP), the Training Agency of the Genoa Chamber of Commerce, which
provided an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the dynamics of Genoa’s
entrepreneurial landscape, with particular attention to business creation.
The analysis begins with a quantitative and statistical study of individuals holding
corporate positions in the trade, accommodation and food service sectors, complemented
by a theoretical examination of entrepreneurship and the evolution of micro, small and
medium-sized enterprises.
The theoretical and methodological section focuses on the Business Model Canvas and the
Business Plan, also examining the templates adopted by CLP. The BMC is analysed as a
preliminary tool for defining the business model and assessing its coherence, while the BP
further develops its strategic, operational and financial aspects.
The thesis concludes with an analysis of the Business Creation Service and the activities
offered by CLP, highlighting the contribution of business planning tools in supporting
aspiring entrepreneurs in developing well-informed, structured and resilient business
projects capable of addressing the challenges of the contemporary economic environment.
