This thesis defines the visual identity and redesigns the interface of Well To Go, a web app created by Confcommercio, the DMO of the province of Imperia, and Federalberghi to promote the area's tourism content. The project starts from a name and a logo that had already been established, the latter undergoing a visual revision to strengthen its consistency with the brand identity. The case study of the Dolomiti Bellunesi DMO showed how a coherent territorial brand, supported by solid governance and by public-private collaboration, can generate concrete benefits for tourism and economic development. By applying this model to the province of Imperia, the analysis of the demo highlighted both the platform's potential and the fragmentation of local digital tourism communication. From there, the work develops along two lines. The first is the umbrella brand manual, an operational tool for hotels, restaurants, tour operators, and other local businesses, which defines the logo and its variants, colors, typography, and usage rules to ensure uniformity and recognizability. The second is the UI/UX design of the new web app, using a user-centered approach: tree testing and user testing, stakeholder requirements, interviews, card sorting, information architecture, personas, user flows, and low- and high-fidelity wireframes. The main challenge was reconciling the need to convey a large amount of information with the principles of usability and clarity. The project is currently under development, and the growing participation of new stakeholders confirms its strategic relevance.
