La tesi approfondisce il ruolo dell’Operatore Socio Educativo all’interno dei contesti educativi, evidenziando il valore del gioco strutturato come mezzo di crescita, apprendimento e relazione.
Nel primo capitolo viene presentata la figura dell’O.S.E., le sue competenze professionali e il suo ruolo nei servizi educativi e socio-assistenziali, con riferimenti alla normativa sull’inclusione scolastica e sociale.
Il secondo capitolo analizza il gioco come strumento educativo, soffermandosi sulle sue funzioni nello sviluppo cognitivo, emotivo, motorio e relazionale del bambino.
Nel terzo capitolo si approfondisce la metodologia educativa dell’O.S.E. nella progettazione e gestione del gioco strutturato, con attenzione all’inclusione, alla personalizzazione degli interventi e all’organizzazione di spazi, materiali e tempi. Il gioco è uno strumento capace di favorire partecipazione, autonomia, socializzazione e integrazione di tutti i bambini, anche in presenza di bisogni educativi speciali. The thesis explores the role of the Social Educational Operator (O.S.E.) within educational settings, highlighting the value of structured play as a means of growth, learning, and relationship-building.
The first chapter presents the figure of the O.S.E., its professional skills, and its role within educational and socio-assistance services, with references to legislation concerning school and social inclusion.
The second chapter analyzes play as an educational tool, focusing on its functions in the cognitive, emotional, motor, and relational development of the child.
The third chapter examines the educational methodology of the O.S.E. in the planning and management of structured play activities, with particular attention to inclusion, personalization of interventions, and the organization of spaces, materials, and time. Structured play is presented as a tool capable of promoting participation, autonomy, socialization, and integration for all children, including those with special educational needs.
