La relazione educatore-genitore: un'alleanza tra nido e famiglia.

Abstract

La tesi affronta le caratteristiche della relazione tra educatori e genitori. Nello specifico parla del processo di costruzione di un'alleanza educativa. Nel primo capitolo vengono presentate le modalità per poter accogliere la famiglia nel sistema educativo. Si esaminano gli aspetti emotivi dei genitori che scelgono il nido d'infanzia, l'importanza del loro sapere e i passaggi da affrontare al momento dell'accoglienza della famiglia. Nel secondo capitolo, invece, si affrontano gli aspetti da considerare per costruire una buona alleanza. Tra questi troviamo gli elementi chiave da inserire nella relazione educativa, gli aspetti critici che si possono incontrare e i modelli e le strategie da utilizzare per far fronte a questo difficile compito di costruzione di legami.

The thesis addresses the characteristics of the relationship between educators and parents. Specifically, it discusses the process of building an educational alliance. The first chapter presents the ways to welcome families into the educational system. It examines the emotional aspects of parents choosing a preschool, the importance of their knowledge, and the steps to take during the family's welcome. In the second chapter, however, the aspects to consider for building a good alliance are discussed. Among these, we find the key elements to include in the educational relationship, the critical aspects that may arise, and the models and strategies to use to face this challenging task of building connections.
