Il fenomeno della violenza:la tutela delle donne

Abstract

La tesi scritta si concentra ad analizzare il tema della violenza maschile sulle donne. Nel primo capitolo ho affrontato il tema del concetto di genere: partendo ad analizzare la violenza di genere come fenomeno, passando poi al mondo degli stereotipi. Successivamente l’analisi è passata ai movimenti femministi e all’aspetto normativo. Nel secondo capitolo mi sono soffermata ad analizzare il fenomeno della violenza sulle donne partendo dai vari tipi di violenza per passare poi ad analizzare il ciclo della violenza ovvero come avviene la violenza all’interno delle relazioni e infine l’immagine comune dell’uomo maltrattante. Nel terzo capitolo ho analizzato il lavoro che svolgono i vari servizi e gli operatori nei casi di violenza, come per esempio i centri antiviolenza e le case rifugio. Per quanto riguarda gli operatori mi sono concentrata ad analizzare le operatrici dei centri antiviolenza, gli assistenti sociali e l’operatore sanitario. Nel quarto capitolo ho esaminato la figura della donna nel linguaggio comune e in particolare nei testi delle canzoni. Infine, nell’ultimo capitolo mi sono concentrata ad analizzare il tema della prevenzione e dell’educazione alla non violenza.

The written Tesi focuses on analyzing the topic of violence against women. In the first chapter I addressed the theme of the concept of gender: starting by analyzing gender violence as a phenomenon, then moving on to the world of stereotypes. Subsequently the analysis moved on to feminist movements and the regulatory aspect. In the second chapter I stopped to analyze the phenomenon of violence against women starting from the various types of violence and then moving on to analyze the cycle of violence or how violence occurs within relationships and finally the common image of the mistreating man. In the third chapter I analyzed the work that the various services and operators carry out in cases of violence, such as anti-violence centers and shelters. As regards the operators, I concentrated on analyzing the operators of the anti-violence centers, the social workers and the healthcare worker. In the fourth chapter I examined the figure of women in common language and in particular in song lyrics. Finally, in the last chapter I focused on analyzing the topic of prevention and non-violence education.
