PNRR e le sfide dell'implementazione

Abstract

La seguente tesi di laurea magistrale si pone l'obiettivo di analizzare il PNRR dal punto di vista del potenziamento del sistema ferroviario. Analizzando attentamente le opere previste dal sopracitato piano sarà possibile capire se esse saranno effettivamente utili per rendere il paese maggiormente efficiente.

The following master's thesis aims to analyze the PNRR from the point of view of strengthening the railway system. By carefully analyzing the works envisaged by the aforementioned plan it will be possible to understand whether they will actually be useful in making the country more efficient.
