Abstract

L'elaborato in questione tratta due istituti giuridici connessi all'incaglio dell'Imbarcazione Ever Given, avvenuto nel 2021. Si tratta di un approfondimento nello specifico sul soccorso in mare e le assicurazioni marittime, che hanno giocato un ruolo fondamentale nella vicenda, date le numerose posizioni giuridiche ed i molteplici i contenziosi sviluppati. Il lavoro svolto mira a rendere chiaro come è stato gestito dai vari soggetti l'incidente e le conseguenti responsabilità che ne derivano.da un incaglio di una portata simile.

This paper deals with two legal institutions related to the grounding of the vessel Ever Given, which occurred in 2021. It is an in-depth study specifically on rescue at sea and maritime insurance, which played a fundamental role in the affair, given the numerous legal positions and disputes that developed. The work carried out aims to clarify how the accident and the consequent responsibilities arising from a grounding on such a scale was handled by the various parties.
