Le dipendenze e la loro relazione con l’ambiente familiare, possibili strumenti di indagine per l’Educatore Professionale

Abstract

Quando si parla di dipendenze, si ricercano spesso una o più cause di questo fenomeno, per riuscire a comprenderlo e trattarlo al meglio. Molteplici sono le relazioni tra i vari aspetti della vita e lo sviluppo di una dipendenza ma esiste anche una connessione con l’ambiente e le dinamiche familiari? Ho provato a ricercare ed analizzare le relazioni esistenti appunto tra le dinamiche familiari ed il fenomeno della dipendenza, cercando anche delle possibili soluzioni o interventi per quanto riguarda la mia futura professione da Educatrice Professionale. Ho scelto questo argomento per la mia tesi perché, tramite diverse esperienze di carattere personale e soprattutto professionale con il percorso di tirocinio, ho constatato quanto le esperienze familiari siano determinanti: non poter vivere un’infanzia serena, subire traumi e/o violenze, interiorizzare metodi educativi disfunzionali, non avere figure di riferimento presenti e capaci, sono solo alcune delle motivazioni legate al mondo familiare, che possono portare la persona vittima di questi eventi ad avere comportamenti pericolosi e sperimentare sostanze. Inoltre, penso che la stesura di un progetto riabilitativo e la sua progressione siano più complicati in soggetti con problematiche familiari di questo tipo; perciò, questa tesi compie anche il tentativo di ricercare alcune soluzioni, con la speranza di trovare alcuni interventi, attività e modalità per l’aiuto di chi ha affrontato o affronta situazioni simili.

When we talk about addictions, we often look for one or more causes of this phenomenon, to be able to understand and treat it as best as possible. There are many relationships between the various aspects of life and the development of an addiction but there is also a connection with the environment and family dynamics? I tried to research and analyze the relationships existing between the dynamics family members and the phenomenon of addiction, also looking for possible solutions or interventions regarding my future profession as a Professional Educator. I chose this topic for my thesis because, through different experiences of personal and above all professional character with the internship path, I have noted how crucial family experiences are: not being able to live a peaceful childhood, suffering trauma and/or violence, internalizing educational methods dysfunctional, not having present and capable reference figures, are just some of the motivations linked to the family world, which can lead the person to become a victim of these events to have dangerous behaviors and experiment with substances. Furthermore, I think that the drafting of a rehabilitation project and its progression are more complicated in subjects with family problems of this type; therefore, this thesis also makes an attempt to search for some solutions, with the hope of finding some interventions, activities and methods to help those who have faced or are facing situations similar.
