Abstract

Il presente elaborato si concentra sull'evoluzione dell'uomo in chiave sportiva, con attenzione particolare al ruolo della donna nel mondo delle competizioni sportive, analizzando sul campo, in palestra, il rapporto delle donne a contatto con questo ambiente. Si concentra inoltre sull'importanza dello sport come strumento di emancipazione e autodeterminazione per le donne.

This thesis focuses on the evolution of man in a sporting way, with particular attention to the role of women in the world of sporting competitions, analyzing on the field, in the gym, the relationship of women in contact with this environment. It also focuses on the importance of sport as a tool for empowerment and self-determination for women.
