Problemi concernenti il delitto di maltrattamenti

Abstract

In questa tesi ho trattato il delitto di maltrattamenti contro familiari e conviventi. Ho parlato degli elementi caratteristici di questo reato, e nell' ultimo capitolo, di altri reati che possono entrare in rapporto col delitto di maltrattamenti.

In this thesis , I deal the crime of mistreatment against family members and cohabitants. I spoke of the most important elements of this crime , and , in the last chapter, the other crimes that maybe to relate with the crime of mistreatment.
