Libertà di espressione e tutela dell'ordine pubblico: il caso "no-vax"

Abstract

L'elaborato cercherà di affrontare sistematicamente il peculiare fenomeno di propagazione delle c.d. "fake news" e come l'emergenza pandemica da Covid-19, vissuta nell'ultimo biennio, e l'imposizione di trattamenti sanitari, quali la vaccinazione, abbiano inciso sul fenomeno stesso.

The thesis will try to systematically address the peculiar phenomenon of propagation of the so-called "Fake news", and how the Covid-19 pandemic emergency, experienced in the last two years, and the imposition of sanitary treatments, such as vaccination, have affected the phenomenon itself.
