La riflessività in mediazione comunitaria. Traduzione e analisi di "Reflexividad, un factor de convergencias entre sociolingüística y mediación comunitaria" di Héctor Muñoz Cruz

Abstract

La seguente tesi si propone di affrontare il tema della riflessività in mediazione comunitaria tramite la traduzione di un testo scritto da un esperto del settore: Héctor Muñoz Cruz. La riflessività, nello specifico la riflessività sociolinguistica, rappresenta una disciplina recente, per questo gli studi e le ricerche effettuate sono piuttosto ridotte. Nel primo capitolo di questa tesi, si esporrà il concetto della riflessività analizzandolo secondo diversi punti di vista e secondo altrettanti esperti in campo di mediazione. Nel secondo, entreremo nel vivo di questo elaborato, vale a dire la traduzione del testo. Nel terzo capitolo approfondiremo le scelte traduttive effettuate in base al contesto specifico del testo preso in esame; si partirà da una generale introduzione al concetto di “simmetria” tra due lingue – l’italiano e lo spagnolo in questo caso – e analizzeremo, per categorie, le scelte che ci hanno portato alle soluzioni decisive. Inseriremo inoltre una piccola parentesi riguardante la videochiamata fatta con l’autore del testo.

The following thesis aims to address the issue of reflexivity in community mediation through the translation of a text written by an expert in the field: Héctor Muñoz Cruz. Reflexivity, specifically sociolinguistic reflexivity, is a recent discipline, which is why the studies and research carried out are rather limited. In the first chapter of this thesis, we present the concept of reflexivity by analysing it according to different points of view and as many experts in the field of mediation. In the second, we enter into the heart of this paper, that is, the translation of the text. In the third chapter, we go into the translation choices made according to the specific context of the text under examination; we start from a general introduction to the concept of "symmetry" between two languages - Italian and Spanish in this case - and we analyse, by categories, the choices that led us to the decisive solutions. We will also insert a small digression concerning the video call made with the author of the text.
