Educare alle differenze: strumenti e strategie per la creazione di un nido inclusivo.

Abstract

La tesi ha l’obiettivo di spiegare il ruolo del nido d’infanzia come luogo di educazione e di cura. Si parte da un’analisi del significato di relazione educativa, del ruolo dell’educatore e dell’importanza della sua formazione continua, per passare poi all'analisi del concetto di disabilità, esaminando le sue caratteristiche di funzionamento e mettendo in luce anche l’evoluzione culturale e normativa. Infine, vengono presentati strumenti e strategie per la realizzazione di un nido inclusivo, in cui l’educazione alle differenze non è solo una finalità pedagogica, ma rappresenta un vero e proprio stile di vita e di pensiero.

The thesis aims to explain the role of the kindergarten as a place of education and care. It begins with an analysis of the meaning of the educational relationship, the role of the educator, and the importance of continuous professional development. It then moves on to an examination of the concept of disability, exploring its functional characteristics and highlighting its cultural and legislative evolution. Finally, it presents tools and strategies for creating an inclusive nursery, where education on differences is not only a pedagogical goal but also a true way of life and way of thinking.
