Abstract

Sono diversi anni, che seguendo l'evolversi dell'Unione Europea per ciò che concerne in modo particolare l'economia e le politiche green, ho potuto constatare che le attenzioni Europee ma anche quelle degli Stati Uniti, stavano perdendo di vista un aspetto importantissimo, relativo agli approvvigionamenti di quei materiali definiti "terre rare" fondamentali per quel processo green-transizione ecologica di cui si sta parlando ormai da anni.

For several years, following the evolution of the European Union with particular regard to the economy and green policies, i have been able to note that European attention but also that of the United States, was losing sight of a very important aspect, relating to the supply of those materials defined as "rare earths" fundamental for that green process-ecological transition that has been talked about for years now.
