Adozione e sviluppo psicologico del bambino: uno sguardo ai contesti di guerra

Abstract

La tesi affronta il tema dell'adozione come fenomeno complesso e multidimensionale. L'elaborato si articola in tre capitoli: il primo offre una panoramica storica e normativa dell'adozione, distinguendo tra adozione nazionale e internazionale e approfondendo le forme alternative. Il secondo capitolo si concentra sugli effetti dell'adozione sullo sviluppo neurobiologico, affettivo, relazionale e cognitivo del minore. Il terzo capitolo esplora il delicato tema dell'adozione nei contesti bellici, con un approfondimento sul conflitto tra Russia e Ucraina. Si concentra in particolare sulle pratiche di trasferimento dei minori e sull'adozione illegale, considerate strumenti di assimilazione ideologica e cancellazione identitaria. Attraverso l'analisi di fonti istituzionali, giuridiche e psicologiche la tesi mette in luce come l'adozione possa in certi contesti perdere la sua funzione protettiva e diventare strumento di potere.

The thesis addresses the topic of adoption as a complex and multidimensional phenomenon. The thesis is divided into three chapters: the first offers a historical and normative overview of adoption, distinguishing between national and international adoption and examining alternative forms. The second chapter focuses on the effects of adoption on the neurobiological, emotional, relational and cognitive development of the minor. The third chapter explores the delicate topic of adoption in war contexts, with an in-depth analysis of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. It focuses in particular on the practices of transfer of minors and illegal adoption, considered tools of ideological assimilation and identity cancellation. Through the analysis of institutional, legal and psychological sources, the thesis highlights how adoption can in certain contexts lose its protective function and become an instrument of power.
